- A deposit of 50% may be required upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival, depending on the service type.
- Prices are quoted in Euros and may vary based on exchange rates or service availability.
- All programs and prices displayed are considered preliminary offers and are not confirmed bookings until payment and official confirmation are completed.
2. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the package or service provider.
- A 25% cancellation fee applies if cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to arrival.
- In cases of force majeure (such as wars, natural disasters, or pandemics), alternatives may be offered in place of refunds.
3. Documentation and Visas
- The client is responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and vaccination certificates.
- The company is not liable for any delays or cancellations resulting from missing or incorrect documentation.
- The final passport list must be submitted no later than 15 days before the arrival date.
4. Modifications and Changes
- The company reserves the right to modify programs, accommodations, or transportation in case of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring equivalent or superior alternatives are provided.
- Hotel arrangements are subject to change based on availability at the time of confirmation.
- Any changes requested by the client may incur additional charges.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Aiel Tours & Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (such as hotels, airlines), and is not responsible for accidents, losses, or delays caused by third parties.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
6. Health and Safety
- Clients must inform us of any health conditions or special dietary requirements prior to booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the client poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Website Use
- By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or attempt unauthorized access.
- All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Aiel Tours & Travel and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Libya and Egypt, depending on the client’s location or the service provided.
- In case of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action.
